We like to invite you in Belvedere Restaurant, the place where you can start the day with a hearty breakfast, buffet style.You may choose from a large selection of cold meats, cheese, dairy, fresh fruits, juices and homemade pastry. Our chefs will prepare hot dishes, like an omelet, at your request.
And to have a good start enjoy a freshly brewed coffee or a nice cup of tea.
Breakfast is served daily, Monday to Saturday between 7:30-10:30. Sunday until 11:00 o’clock.
Caro Restaurant could be the place where our first-time-in-Romania guests can experience traditional dishes like: tripe sour soup, sarmale and mititei. These are prepared in a true homemade style.
Caro Hotel is proud to be one of the few places where every variety of bread, as well as cakes and pastries, are baked everyday within the Hotel. It is a simple detail that is enjoyed by all of our guests and sets Caro Hotel apart from the rest.
No meal is complete without a pudding. Is always room for a crème caramel or an ice cream with hot forest fruit sauce and if you like to try a local pudding go for “papanasi” with sour cream, arguably best in town.
If you have any dietary requests, please ask the waiter and chef will do his best to accommodate your needs.
The wine list is build around Romanian wines with few Italian and French wines as well. We promote Romanian winemakers because we are convinced you’ll find a good wine to go with your meal.

Caro Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 24:00 (last order at 23:30) and Sunday from 13:00 to 22:00 (last order at 21:30).
