1. Reservations Questions
- How can I make a reservation at Caro Hotel?
There are four main ways for booking a room at Caro Hotel:
- Using our online booking system by filling the form in the upper right corner; you can see room types and description, availability and rates. You will need a credit card to guarantee your reservation and an instant confirmation will be sent to your email address.
- By using our rates&enquiries form; your enquiry will be responded from Monday to Friday between 08 A.M. and 7 P.M.
- By sending a fax at +4021.208.6101
- By telephone at +4021.208.6100 – guaranteed only until 6 P.M
- Where can I find descriptions of rooms I want to book?
For a short description click on Rooms. After that you can also click on Room details to find out more.
- What is the room daily rate?
What taxes or/and additional charges apply?The listing of available rooms at the dates you have selected includes a description of each room and the room’s daily rate. The Daily Rate includes swedish breakfast, VAT and City Tax so no additional taxes or charges will apply during the length of your stay. Once you have decided which room you would like to reserve, click on “Continue” to proceed with making a reservation. You will be brought to a page that includes a “Guests” section. The Guests section includes… - Can I book more than one room on the same reservation?
For the moment you may book one room type at a time within www.carohotel.ro. Be sure to select the room type you prefer in “Step 2″ of the reservation process.
- Will I be guaranteed my room will have the bed type, view or location I prefer?
Is my reservation non-smoking room preference guaranteed by Caro Hotel?Step 3 of the online reservation process will allow you to select bed type, smoking preference, room location, and check in time. The “Comments” section in Step 3 of the reservation process will ensure our hotel staff is made aware of any other specific requests.At Caro Hotel we are committed to accommodating our guest’s room type preferences and requests. Occasionally, we receive more requests for a specific room type than we have available. However, in the event this occurs, we will make every effort based on availability at check-in to still meet your room preferences.
- Can I book online a transfer from/to the airport?
Yes.

2. After You Reserve
- Will I receive a confirmation of my reservation?
Upon clicking “Book Reservation” in the step 3 the booking process is complete. A confirmation will then be sent to your email address provided under “Guests Information” within 5 minutes (time period) of placing your order.
- How can I review and/or modify my reservation before it’s submitted?
At any time prior to submitting your reservation, you can select “Edit dates” or “Select dates” from where you can modify dates, number of persons and rooms, type of rooms.
- How can I review my reservation after booking?
If you have previously made an online reservation, you may review it using our Modify or Cancel a reservation form. Fields required are Email and Confirmation number or Email and Password. Your details will be sent securely.

3. Profile and Passwords
- Do I need to set up an account for making a reservation?
In the step 3 of booking process you will be asked some personal details and an account will be created for you after the first booking. After that you can use your exsiting account to simplify other bookins processes.
- I forgot my username and password, what should I do?
After clicking the “Registered User Login” you have the “Forgot your password” link. Please click it and enter in your email address and your password will be emailed to you.
- Will my information be kept secure? How will Caro Hotel protect my information?

4. Payment and Cancellation
- Do I have to send my credit card through the Internet to book a reservation?
A credit card is required for all reservations made via www.carohotel.ro.
- Is your booking system secure?
For your protection, the reservation processing is handled on a secured server that encrypts your credit card information.
- Do I need to guarantee my reservation with a credit card or some form of deposit?
If a deposit is required to guarantee my reservation, when will my credit card be charged?Yes, a credit card is required in order to guarantee a reservation made via the Internet. For some special offers/rates a deposit will also be required when confirming your reservation. The guarantee/deposit policy is available by clicking Policy link under “Room & Rates” in Step 2 of the reservation process. - Which credit cards can be used to guarantee a reservation?
Caro Hotel accepts payments made with Visa, Master Card and American Express.

5. Canceling or Changing an Online Reservation
- How do I change or cancel the reservation I made online?
If you have previously made an online reservation, you may review or cancel it using our “Modify or Cancel a Reservation” options located under the Online Reservation Form in the upper right corner. Fields required are Email and Password or Email and Confirmation number.Your details will be sent securely.
- If I cancel or change my online reservation, will I get a refund or credit? Are there any fees I’ll have to pay?
Once you have selected your room for reservation, you will be able to view the Cancellation Policy under the “Reservation Details” section, including any fees associated with cancellation.
- Will I be charged for the first night if I miss my reservation or arrive late?
No-show, the first night of accommodation will be charged from your credit card.

Requests for an early check-in or an late checkout are honored as space permits. If in the day you are visiting the hotel is full, we may be unable to grant your request. However, you are invited to store luggage and enjoy the facilities until your room becomes available. Some fees may apply.
